Cause of Action to Sue Elected Officials for Malfeasance
Basically, the United States has laws against financing countries that cause human rights violations. The USA has also signed onto Treaties that say the USA cannot support a country that commits genocide, or commit genocide itself. International agencies have made findings that Israel is committing genocide in Gaza subsequent to the October 7th Hamas attack; this false flag event triggered the genocide from Israel.
The discussion shows there is a groundswell of indignation at Israeli genocide but more so, the complicity of USA representatives and Senators for financing Israel’s genocide, by voting to supply war materials, is grounds for legal action to hold our representative accountable to the law.
Karl Marx predicted the proletariat would rise up and liberate from the ruling class as a logic of history; Murray Bookchin thought a revolution could occur if the people understood the complete contradiction between capitalist grow or die imperative and ecocide, and that would trigger a revolution; but now, I wonder, if mass indignation at American complicity in genocide and the role of the plutocracy in advancing that; that this will trigger a mass revolt against the warmongering oligarchs?
