Green Liberty Proponent Wants to Present to State Green Parties and other Groups

Chuck Fall, lead advocate for Green Liberty Caucus, seeks speaking engagement with Green Party and non-green party groups to explain Green Liberty. See request in 5 minute video below.

Here is text for presentation in video, plus extra explanation for Green Liberty perspective:

This brief introduction is a solicitation to be a presenter at a meeting of state and local green party organizations, or other groups interested in trying to make a better society. For Green Liberty this means building a liberation movement by forming a bloc to counter the power of the global plutocratic elite and advance real grassroots democracy.

Hi my name is Chuck Fall and I am the chief proponent for a Green Liberty Caucus that calls for an activist Bloc to advance a liberation coalition against the plutocratic power structure. I will endeavor to explain why those of us who are concerned generally with freedom, the ecology of the earth, and justice, in general, support building a coalition.

Green Liberty Caucus is building a network of green libertarians inside the state Green Parties, but also outside the green party among those who are not affiliated with a political party.

The Green Liberty demand for accountability, transparency and protection for whistle blowers is a foundational demand for addressing the problem of corruption and state crimes. In this way, Green Liberty is pragmatic and appeals in a non-partisan way to justice.

Green Liberty stands in solidarity with the call for an egalitarian revolution as the only viable counter point we the people can take to oppose the plutocracy. Certainly, a revolution will involve a long term strategic plan, and short term tactical efforts. However, a clearly stated intention to advance a revolution is necessary to resist, and ultimately liberate from, an emerging if not already present, techno-totalitarianism run by technocrats.

I agree with the proposition that we advance a movement to remove the rich from power so we can have real and not fake democracy and prevent the development of an authoritarian technocratic system. Being explicitly for this will help the Green Party grow its ranks.

I accept that only a mass liberation movement can challenge the power of plutocracy. A liberation movement must appeal to the working class, and all other people, to form a unified popular front.

On the matter of changing society to make it better, Green Liberty is in solidarity with the radical egalitarian ideas, but we recognize that there are conservative, less revolutionary, renditions of what could be transitional egalitarian reforms, which we should consider. The Green Liberty Caucus welcomes input from a diversity of perspectives on liberating from plutocracy.

It is my contention that the Green Party could grow its ranks if it explicitly called for accountability and justice for the state crimes. The people want a champion to rally the country against the powerful plutocrats, the Green Party is the best positioned to do this.

As the chief proponent for a Green Liberty Caucus, for creating a committee for accountability of state crimes and corruption, and for a direct democracy platform plank, I welcome an opportunity to meet with your group over a zoom call to explain how a Green Liberty Caucus, functions as a network inside and outside the Green Party that can help build a liberation movement.

I welcome an opportunity to speak to your state party, local chapter, or other group. I am interested in the topic of medical freedom / healthcare reform; the need to end plutocracy to end war; calling out state crimes as the reason to vote Green.

Please read the essay that gives into details about building a Green Liberty bloc.

In solidarity, Chuck Fall,
chief proponent for a Green Liberty Caucus and Green Liberty Bloc.

Below is a white paper that endeavors to give details that define the Green Liberty approach to resisting plutocracy and building a liberation movement.

Introduction:

Let me explain what I mean by Freedom, Ecology and Justice, three themes we can build a movement around.

Many books and articles have been written about Freedom and Liberty, but I accept a simple explanation in the theory of Orlando Patterson, a professor of sociology and author of Freedom.

He observes that there are three legs to Freedom that stand in a state of dynamic tension. There is personal freedom, collective freedom and sovereign freedom. Personal freedom is the freedom to be in control of one’s body, to have privacy, to have capacity to move about and have access to resources necessary for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

Collective freedom is the freedom of the group, of the people in a nation, to not be dominated by a king, or an oligarchic ruling elite, but to practice democracy to determine the course of society.

Finally, sovereign freedom, is the freedom of a monarch, or an oligarchic elite to dominate the masses and control government and hold power over society. Freedom therefore, is a dynamic tension of political and economic interests. Sovereign freedom to dominate others is not an inalienable right; it is a feature of brute nature and devious political power play by elites and must be resisted or it takes over.

Ecology is a value for the earth and demands that biological diversity be protected and encouraged to expand against the devouring appetite of the human population and the industrial interests that would lay waste to the natural environment.

Who speaks for the earth? We the people have a duty to defend the earth, and the myriad of species from annihilation. We need to integrate the ideas for a social ecology, that practices mutual aid and symbiosis with nature. This is the Green way. So far we have failed miserably.

In the end, justice means accountability for injustice, especially the profound irreverence the plutocrats show against life itself that would lead deep state actors to execute a president; to lie to the people, to break treaty agreements with the native people; to instill Jim Crow; and commit state crimes against our democracy, to name just a few transgressions.

These brief definitions overly simplify a complex topic, but do provide reference points for how we the people might advance a hopeful vision of resistance, and avoid the fate of plutocratic domination. A liberation movement must secure a democratic destiny for we the people to make an egalitarian society. We must fight the dominator class.

Meanwhile, our society today is being directed overtly and covertly by a plutocracy that operates through financial command of our elected officials, through command of legacy media, through command of non-governmental organizations, and philanthropic organizations. These entities have brought society to where we are today.

The Green Liberty mission and goal:

The chief imperative for Green Liberty is to build a movement with the stated intention to remove the rich from power, so we can have real and not fake democracy and thereby begin a process of reclaiming human destiny from a fateful path leading into dystopia.

But why do this? Why make this declaration? And on what grounds do we the people make such an audacious demand?

We are witnessing off the charts malfeasance and egregious state crimes that have been carried out over the course of the last 100 plus years, and certainly longer. Elite impunity is unchecked. We the people and the earth and all creatures big and small, are suffering from elite irresponsibility, arrogance and disdain for democratic input.

Green Liberty, for simplicity sake, begins a critique of power and makes a call for liberation by pointing to the 1913 Federal Reserve Act, which was a bankers’ coup against democratic control of the money supply. We accept we need to liberate from the banking cartels by way of democratizing our money supply as a tactical step in a larger strategy to liberate from a hidden oligarchy. We also critique the rise of the national security state with the enactment of National Security Act in 1947.

However, the most poignant reason for calling out plutocracy, aside from the fact they treat we the people and the planet like dirt, is to highlight Eisenhower’s iconic warning about the military industrial complex, and note JFK’s subsequent assassination. JFK heeded the warning and resisted the chiefs of staff and the CIA and was killed because he threatened the American oligarchy that had control of the state and sought to expand Anglo-American Empire.

Given Eisenhower’s warning, we in the freedom movement, should articulate a vision for a free society, evoking the work of Malcolm, Martin and Robert, and others, to claw back stolen history, possibilities lost with the 60’s blood bath. Furthermore, the ruing elites have completely failed to do the right thing for the people, for the nation, and for the earth, in all the time I have been alive. The plutocrats have only made economic, ecological and political conditions worse in their pursuit of wealth, power and control. They need to abdicate or get thrown out of power. They don’t deserve to rule. Our grievances are many. Enough is enough.

Beyond the problem of resources wasted on the military used to build empire and carry out the endless wars, unregulated business has released tons of toxins. Though the WWII generation benefited from the generous social policies that produced veteran loans and other programs, since then, there has developed a growing gap between rich and poor. Deep state has produced a litany of horrible state crimes, starting with the purge of creative communists under the anti-American Committee of Joe McCarthy, the 1960’s crimes, all of which has robbed we the people of the democratic promise, and safeguards, enshrined in our Bill of Rights.

To be clear, the shadow on our country, and on the world in general, is an emerging techno-totalitarianism. While this sounds like hyperbole, there are many thinkers and activists who are making this argument. Green Liberty cites the work and analysis of David Hughes and members of his cohort who argue that society is in an interregnum between an analog and a digital era marked by AI and vast server farms necessary to feed the technocratic beast. Technocracy aspires to transform our democratic republic into a tech-nate, a powerful controlling state run by technocrats.

To those who doubt that society is at risk, you need only appreciate that the Federal Covid response was not an actual public health emergency responding to a natural virus. In fact, the Federal Covid response was directed from the Department of Defense and assigned to the Health Human Services to fraudulently represent Covid as a public health emergency. This has been established beyond a doubt by the Covid Dossier in the work of Sasha Latypova and Debbie Herman.

Clearly, we the people were lied to by the Federal and State authorities who allowed for a bio-weapon (the SARS Cov2 and the Covid mRNA shots) to be introduced into society to test the compliance of the people to accept draconian measures. As a result, mRNA technology has been insinuated into society as safe and effective, bypassing normal safety protocols and best manufacturing practices, which qualifies as a travesty of basic consumer safety rules.

The Federal Covid program was a ‘total demand’ for compliance. It introduced the lockdowns, the vaccine mandates and travel controls secured through QR codes and smart phones, and other measures. This shows the extent the power elite were willing to go to dominate the population. This could not have happened without earlier trial runs.

A total demand was made of the American people to accept the Warren Commission report on JFK assassination, and those who doubted were discredited as ‘conspiracy theorists.’ Moreover, a total demand was put on society following the 9/11 collapse of the buildings, and the Anthrax attack on the Senate, which passed the Patriot Act.

So what are we to do in the face of this abuse of power?

Green Liberty stands in solidarity with the call for an egalitarian revolution as the only viable counter point we the people can take to oppose the plutocracy. A clearly stated intention to advance a revolution is necessary to resist, and ultimately liberate from a technocracy that is run by mad scientists at the behest of a hidden oligarchy.

I accept that only a mass liberation movement can displace, dislodge, the power of plutocracy. A liberation movement must appeal to the working class, and all other people, to form a unified popular front.

What arguments can we make to accomplish this?

Let’s do a what-if thought exercise and consider how society could have evolved differently than what we have become if we had some accountability for the state crimes.

From the Green Liberty perspective the emerging techno-totalitarianism is a legacy of the failure of society to get accountability for the JFK assassination in 1963. This murder most foul, set the stage for the other 1960’s assassinations of Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, Robert Kennedy and Fred Hampton. We could add John Lennon and numerous journalists to this list.

Later, the lack of accountability for the Iran / Contra crime under President Reagan, set the stage for even worse state crimes in the case of the September 11th attacks, the subsequent Anthrax attack on the Senate, which produced “forever wars” and enabled the actualization of the neoconservative Project for a New American Century. This produced the Patriot Act, a generation of “forever wars.” The Federal Covid Response rises to one of the worst crimes the plutocracy has committed in recent times.

If libertarians, freedom lovers, had denounced the JFK assassination as a plutocratic plot, and a coup against American democracy, and fought tooth and nail against the big lies advanced by the Warren Commission report, we may have prevented future crimes and instilled some semblance of integrity to government.

But, the CIA engaged in a concerted disinformation campaign against the doubters of the official narrative that Oswald alone did the deed. By weaponizing the term “conspiracy theory,” the CIA and the mockingbird media they controlled, discredited any call for accountability.

It is well beyond the scope of this appeal to unpack the details of how the CIA and other deep state operators conditioned the people to think about the state crimes, but it is clear that popular thought is conditioned through a process of “manufactured consent,” to use the term coined by Noam Chomsky.

The point here is that the ruling elites through their control of deep state operations committed state crimes against our democracy and have shredded our constitutional rights to protest, to speak out, to seek redress for grievances against the crimes. The emerging techno-totalitarianism is antithetical to all the liberty principles enshrined in our constitution.

So, our job as moral people is to resist the loss of freedom and to advance a liberation program so we can avoid the fate of a dystopian society and achieve destiny toward a free, and an ecological society that affords life for all.

Green Liberty is in solidarity with the analysis and argument from John Spritzer who explains in great detail how we can accomplish an egalitarian revolution. I will not argue his points here; instead, I invite the audience to study his posts at his websites.

Our movement needs to become a beacon of hope for a better society.

I cannot recount the number of times people say it is in human nature for one class to dominate another, and suggest, or imply, that we are essentially doomed to be dominated and that there is no basis for thinking otherwise. People who think this way are not candidates for joining a Green Liberty Caucus because we reject that attitude. We argue that it is right and appropriate to demand accountability for state crimes, and that we the people have an inalienable right to not be dominated by plutocracy, and we observe that there are plenty of examples in history indicating that people want to be free and not dominated by a ruling class.

In closing, Green Liberty makes the case for an egalitarian revolution based on a democratic destiny to claim a future the ruling class has thwarted. We have to make up for lost time, and demand stolen history, and all the possibilities lost to the crimes.

Therefore, we, in our movement, need to make calling out state crimes a central criticism of a liberation movement. Indeed, Green Liberty does not wonder what really happened in cases of state crimes; the evidence of cover ups of state crimes indicts the plutocracy for the crimes, and gives noble cause to advance a liberation movement for an egalitarian society, one where there is not rich and no poor, and all work according to ability and receive according to need.

Just as the American colonial oligarchy rejected the king of England, so today must we the people reject the American oligarchs and establish a true democracy and make our republic good and noble based on egalitarian principles.

The Green Party should, and could lead on this. But the Green Party must go beyond itself with a call for a coalition since so many Americans are disillusioned with party politics and have gone ‘independent,’ or ‘non-affiliated.’

Join the Green Liberty Caucus, form a group in your town and state, and build a movement that can make a difference.
