Green Liberty appeals to Attorney General Rayfield to Defend the Constitution and Stop the Fraud of ‘Safe and Effective.’

The bottom line: we the people have been lied to by state authorities on the safety of the Covid vaccines. This open letter highlights fraud that is present in the official narratives for the SARS Cov2 event. Though legal arguments exist that would defend the Department of Defense from making fraudulent representations to the US Congress and the President, the commission of fraud obviates any defense from lying to the public, to Congress and the President, and this qualifies as acts of ‘domestic violence,’ (millions were tricked into accepting the mRNA vaccines). The constitutional provision that the Federal Government shall guarantee the safety of the states from foreign and domestic violence cannot be abrogated by national security claims. The Federal Covid Program is a big lie and it violates the Guarantee Clause. Only action from state attorney generals and state legislatures can now protect the people from domestic violence committed by the Department of Defense against the people in its promulgation of the Covid mRNA vaccines.
We appeal to your authority to get accountability and justice for acts of fraud.

- We requested the Oregon Health Authority director stop deploying the Covid mRNA shots because they are fraudulently represented as “safe and effective.” The lack of transparency that shrouds so much of the Covid program makes informed consent impossible. Green Liberty argues that the OHA chief, on account of allowing a fraudulent “safe and effective” claim about Covid shots to stand, is acting contrary to law and should be arrested and prosecuted. 2: Some states are considering legislation that would ban mRNA gene therapy pending full safety analysis. We request that your office evaluate the merits for an mRNA ban, pending a full review of its risks and benefits of Covid shots. 3: The US constitution provides a Guarantee Clause that promises the states protection from “domestic violence”. The Federal authorities formally identified the SARS Cov2 virus a national security matter on February 4th. However, it was fraudulently represented as a natural virus that came from the Wuhan “wet market”. Dr. Fauci was involved in advancing a big lie of natural origin and covered up evidence for a laboratory engineered vaccine. Consequently, millions of people were Induced to take a military “countermeasure” to counter a bio-engineered viral infection. Beyond a doubt, this rises to the level of domestic violence given the secrecy and subterfuge and that it was carried out by Americans against Americans. It is now beyond a doubt clear and certain that one of the objectives of the Federal Covid Response was to introduce into society the mRNA technology platform for creating “vaccines.” mRNA tech was insinuated into medical practice under the guise of a public health emergency. Please investigate the role of the Oregon Health Authority in carrying out the Covid health fraud; did they ignore evident safety signals? 4: The Oregon Constitution now enshrines the right to “cost effective, clinically appropriate and affordable health care…” It follows that the right to “appropriate” health care means inappropriate health care goes against the constitution. The Covid mRNA vaccines should be banned; they are inappropriate treatment because they are not safe and effective and are produced under a fraudulent pretense of a natural health emergency. We request you make a finding that Covid mRNA shots are not appropriate and therefore in violation of the Oregon Constitution.
