Democratize Money Supply and We Liberate from the Banking Cartels

Open Letter to Howard Switzer on his Substack post about Egalitarian Revolution. Let’s recruit Dennis Kucinich to run for president.

A popular front / liberation coalition should put money supply front and center.

This “open letter” to Howard Switzer’s substack post reflecting on advancing an egalitarian revolution: https://howardswitzer.substack.com/p/funding-the-egalitarian-revolution

Dear Howard,

Green Liberty appreciates that you recognize the value and virtue of an egalitarian revolution; GLC is in solidarity with this possibility. The primary mission of Green Liberty is to advance a liberation coalition. Your perspective is that without monetary reform, change will not be possible. You challenge John Spritzler’s radical take on an egalitarian revolution, for he does not give credence to your radical monetary reform theory that if Congress took control of the money supply we could liberate from the banking cartels. John advocates for a society without money, so no one has control over another.

Green Liberty Caucus holds the libertarian municipal vision for a confederation of free cities. The locus for revolution needs to be in our local areas in direct democracies. John Spritzler’s radical egalitarianism holds that the cradle for democracy is the local assembly of egalitarians. The locus for change has to come from a radical grass roots insurgency. Green Liberty is in solidarity with this stance. But what you offer in your insistence for a democratized money supply is that this simple change can make a big difference as we transition from where we are now to where we want society to be. Passing the NEED Act, as you strongly suggest, would be huge.

Below is my reflection on your solidarity with the egalitarian revolution with the proviso that it make democratizing the money supply as a first step on the path of egalitarian revolution. I accept your point on pragmatic grounds; this issue can be key issue that unites the people to revolt.

Meanwhile, Green Liberty Caucus, aka Green Liberty Bloc, a community of green libertarians, extends an open invitation to people concerned about the fate of humankind to think about advancing a coalition. We should join together in common cause to liberate from plutocracy, end as an institution of power what some call the predator class.

Advancing a concerted opposition to plutocracy is important because there really is a ruling class, and they really do have a plan to create a techno-totalitarian society, modeled on China, where the CCP currently functions as a “technate,” the ruling oligarchy of a technocracy. The anti-technocracy experts suggest the plan for technocracy is unfolding in the build out of the AI server farmers.

Members of the billionaire class want to be in control and they are afraid of an international / a pan-global egalitarian revolution that could act in concert through the development of a confederation of free cities.

While Green Liberty is, ideologically speaking, highly aspirational relative to creating a radical egalitarian society where there is no rich and no poor and everyone works according to ability and receives according to need, Green Liberty is also very practical and pragmatic. We need to be clear, and set our north star with an intention to remove the rich from power, and fill the power vacuum with authentic democracy.

Immediately, there are reforms that can be passed tomorrow, if the people in Congress could be persuaded to join a liberation movement; they could initiate steps to create truly free society.

To get there, I am bullish on the possibility that Dennis Kucinich will run as an independent for the US Presidency. My counsel to the Green Party US is that they should align with Kucinich in a fusion campaign, assuming he seeks the presidency on an independent ticket. The Green Party should encourage Kucinich to run as an independent so they can align with him and reach independent voters.

My further counsel is that the Green Party should lead / advance a popular front to liberate from plutocracy and highlight the elite corruption evident in the Epstein Files; and call out the state crimes. The Epstein files show that our government is corrupted to the core, that it protects corrupt and criminal billionaires, and Epstein has become the poster boy for deep state. The freedom movement should fan the flames of indignation at elite impunity.

A popular front could lead on a broad umbrella of issues. Certainly Epstein and the Israeli / American genocide of Gaza, opposing the violence of empire, ending war mongering, should be a leading issue.

We need to put the billionaire class on trial for their failure to be responsible with their wealth and power. Underpinning much of the plutocracy power structure is constitutional corruption. The Patriot Act was made into law under duress of a shock and awe false flag deception. This enabled the advancement of more national security surveillance policy that further trampled the US Constitution and our basic freedoms; the deep state conducts illegal wars, and has ecologically ruined the planet by advancing USA empire; we can’t say this enough.

Most critically, the billionaire class dominates our electoral system through campaign finance. and dark money contributions from opaque organizations.

I propose a popular front could lead with 3 key issues that address the power of the billionaire class. First is your key issue, Howard, democratize the money supply; Congress can do this tomorrow by passing the NEED Act; second, a national policy of building a public banking system, or convert existing community credit unions to a public banking system. This would end private banker hegemony; and three, apply Georgist land tax reform and use land tax revenue to build the commons necessary for restoring nature, and providing the means for an egalitarian society.

As second tier issues we should oppose toxins and advance single payer health care and reform our current system of allopathy (big pharma dominated) medical system and replace it with a holistic, integrative / functional medical approach to well-ness and heath.

Another key second tier issue is electoral reform; making elections fully public, audited, and limited to a 6 month window, like occurs in parliamentary systems.

I think our movement needs to be explicit about transforming society; that we endeavor to make society into a post-capitalist, egalitarian – democratic society based on mutual aid and cooperative economics that will restore the natural system and secure the capacity to thrive for all living things.

Arguing for a transformed society, advancing a coherent critique of the power structure, and offering solutions that can be implemented in the next round of Congress, would show Green Party is thinking beyond simple party politics and that they are willing to lead a revolution.

Dennis Kucinich is probably the best public figure I know poised to lead on this effort because he speaks truth to power in a forthright and honest way.
