Caucus urges letter writing campaign to federal Senators.

Green Liberty Caucus is in solidarity with the possibility for Robert Kennedy Jr. becoming chief of Health and Human Services, assuming consent of the Senate.
As the HHS director, he could address the issue of regulatory capture by corporations and the role of national security in public health policy; he can advance transparency; he can send cases to the Department of Justice for criminal investigation.
Some people may cynically believe that Trump’s embrace of Kennedy was a tactical play to get votes and that in the end Kennedy will not accomplish much, because Trump is with the plutocracy, and Kennedy is for show, they might reason. Some may think Kennedy functions as controlled opposition to manage the dissension in society felt toward the Big Pharma Medical industrial complex. Who knows?
Bottom line: Kennedy is not deluded about the deep state and power of corporations. His work at Children’s Health Defense exposed him to a multitude of dissidents who reported against the Federal Covid program, and the role of department of defense; he listened to activists explain chem trails, and the problem of radio frequency microwave pollution, and and of course he has heard about the problems with vaccines.
However, the full court media press to flood the zone with negative reports on Robert Kennedy shows the establishmentarians are concerned about Robert Kennedy getting the job, so cynical dismissal of what Kennedy could do misses the point for what could happen if he gets in.
We need to think positively about a Kennedy appointment. The possibility that Kennedy could exercise wide authority in the HHS, and that his efforts could lead to full transparency in all areas of policy development, and results of studies currently concealed revealed, would be revolutionary for showing the depth and degree of the corruption and frauds perpetrated. Not only that, if full transparency were accomplished, science could actually inform health care policy.
Kennedy is highly qualified to run the HHS. As an attorney experienced in fighting corporations in defense of watersheds, he is perfect for fighting the endemic corruption in all the HHS but especially, the three letter agencies: NIH (parent of ignominious NIAID, Fauci’s lair); the CDC, and FDA.
These departments were key actors in the Covid debacle and are poster examples of captured agencies, held tight by the plutocrats through the congressional / Big Pharma / medical / Military industrial complex. Gary Null in his compelling case for Robert Kennedy, highlights the deep corruption of the CDC and the crisis of its malfeasance as a critical reason for Kennedy to take the helm at HHS.
However, let’s manage expectations and understand that there is only so much that Kennedy can do. The lesson of the 1960’s assassinations shows that demanding too much, going too far with reform, building alliances across race and class, is deadly.
Most treacherous for Kennedy would be to seek an accounting for Warp Speed vaccine production spearheaded by the Department of Defense. How deep would he go to fight the corruption, and find out what really happened to produce the vaccines? What was in the shots? Maybe Kennedy could investigate, bring in the inspector general, or prompt Congress to act and do its duty to conduct oversight. But Congress is itself captured. Where to turn? Independent commission? We shall see.
Even if Kennedy referred Pfizer to the Department of Justice to prosecute for fraudulent safety studies, Pfizer is indemnified from any claim of malfeasance on account it took its orders from the Department of Defense and was covered under national security rules.
Broadly speaking, Robert Kennedy Jr. says, he will conduct oversight and address the broad issue of toxins and the presence of chronic disease increasing in children and young adults including the rise in turbo cancers. Getting to the truth is an important stance for chief of HHS to take, and we welcome it.
Meryl Nass reports that Kennedy, if HHS chief, would request the Department of Justice to investigate the practice by state medical licensing boards of persecuting physicians who treated covid infections using hydroxychloroquine or ivermectin. Was this lawful? Was there pressure from the FDA / CDC for licensing boards to prosecute doctors? Was there a conspiracy?
Nass also reports that between the two agencies (CDC and FDA), there are over 20 different reporting databases for vaccine effects, but the information is locked away out of public view; Kennedy could use his authority to make the information in these databases public and open for analysis. This would be huge.
Will Kennedy advance a vaccine accountability act to Congress that would subject vaccines to the same safety standards as applies to pharmaceuticals? Ultimately, this should lead to the repeal of the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act that indemnifies Big Pharma from any liability for injuries from shots.
There is a terrible injustice that from the 1986 Vaccine Injury Act, the Vaccine Adverse Reporting System was set up with the proviso that conclusions could not be drawn from the data. Temporal correlation can never be assumed to be causation. This must change. Nevertheless, the spike in VAERS reporting subsequent to introduction of Covid vaccines is an undeniable fact that the shots are not safe.
Perhaps Kennedy would commission a vaccine safety and effectiveness study that would compare and contrast the vaccinated against the unvaccinated in all areas of vaccine use.
Our county is blessed with an industrious group of luddites called the Amish. They are largely organic and eschew modern medicine especially vaccines.They are a control group against which we should measure the rest of the population for examples of chronic illness and effects of vaccines. Kennedy could advance this.
Finally, will Dr. Fauci, a conspirator in the cover up the lab origins of SARS Cov2, who covered up the safety signals in the Pfizer safety studies, who lied about the safety and efficacy of the covid vaccines, lied about the safety of Remdesivir, and denied early treatment for a covid infection, will he be prosecuted for lying and fraud? He is an obvious target for an accounting for what happened during the Covid event. A referral to the Department of Justice would be appropriate.
President Trump, in April 2020 bucked his handlers when he issued an executive order recognizing efficacy of hydroxychloroquine for treating a covid infection; the FDA reversed the president showing the hand of the deep state. Getting to the bottom of an executive agency superseding a presidential decree is something we should understand.
Ultimately, we need to keep our eye on the prize, liberation from plutocracy and the emerging techno-totalitarianism. In the face of plutocratic domination of our economy and public policies and law, and congress, and the fact of multiple crisis all caused by a ruling elite that doesn’t care about nature or human dignity, not to mention rights, Green Liberty stands for liberation from plutocracy and the technocracy they advance.
Green Liberty accepts that an Egalitarian Revolution is necessary for removing the rich from power to rectify regulatory capture and solve corruption from deep state that has advanced generations of state crimes. We must liberate from plutocracy to be free.
Meanwhile, tactically speaking, with the goal to build a liberation coalition from the health freedom movement, Green Liberty stands in solidarity with Kennedy’s expressed intention to drain the HHS swamp by addressing the causes of chronic health and demanding accountability and transparency.
It would be good for the country if he could do this, so we are for him. Let’s all write to our Senators and demand Bobby get the appointment.
Green Liberty says good luck to Kennedy in securing the Senate vote, and double good luck for taking on corporate capture, and deep state rule over multiple agencies.

Wow! NY Times readers are largely absolutely convinced of the rightness of this pro-vaccine stance. Talk about infallibility of thought.
One of the things I hope Kennedy would do if HHS chief is divulge what the true consequence of mass vaccination has been on the health of Americans; and I am talking childhood schedule and the Covid program.

Claiming “correlation does not show causation” has become an overused reaction of the pro-vaccine community to dismiss claims made based on a spike in the VAERS reporting subsequent to introduction of Covid shots.
It is widely accepted in science circles that temporal correlation of a shot with an adverse event (think safety signal) does strongly suggest that the shot did cause the adverse event, but this analysis has no legal standing and makes the VAERS reporting system useless for guiding policy, by design.
I am going to write to my Senators to support Kennedy’s nomination since he is open to getting to the truth of the matter.
