Bio:
Hello! My name is Ashlee Gruver and I’m your volunteer team leader from Oregonians for Clean Air. For the past year, I have been building a grassroots movement to introduce a clean air bill in Oregon to address pollution in our air, water, and soil from ongoing weather modification programs and experiments. I am working in collaboration with Americans for a Clean Atmosphere – a national advocacy group that has been guiding legislation to ban weather modification in 33 U.S. states. We want Oregon to be next!
Oregonians for Clean Air was founded on the values of compassion, community and well-being. We are not here to incite fear but rather share credible information and provide a safe supportive space for our fellow community members to ask questions about this controversial topic. We aim to empower others to do their own research about weather modification so they can make informed decisions about their health and stand tall in their truth. It is up to each of us to see that this is brought to an end.
I was born and raised in Oregon, and like many Oregonians, I spend much of my time outdoors. I fondly remember my childhood climbing trees, playing outside, and staring at clouds – not at screens. I attribute this early appreciation and connection with Nature to my ability to keenly observe the world around me. In 2014, I began to notice the increase in pollution in our skies and started to ask questions. It wasn’t until 2020 when I began to find answers about weather modification. Ever since, my partner and I have been working to raise awareness about the impacts of weather modification by hosting community events, sharing information and resources and now working toward legislation.
Outside of clean air advocacy, I’m the director of a wellness-oriented community organization in Bend, Oregon. I am a devoted student of the healing arts. including herbalism, reiki and biogeometry – all of these things have supported me on my healing journey and have helped me build the capacity to serve people and planet. I love gardening, cooking, hiking, reading, dancing, and spending time with my friends and loved ones. And I LOVE honey bees – I hope to be a beekeeper someday.

Hello community! In collaboration with national advocacy group, Zero Geoengineering, we have started the Oregonians for Clean Air project to repeal Oregon’s current weather modification law, ORS Chapter 558, and ban future weather experiments and reduce pollution of climate engineering activities which includes electromagnetic frequencies, or EMF’s. Ten US states currently have legislation to address this critical issue, with one state, Tennessee, passing it so far. Let’s make Oregon next!
