I’m writing to you on behalf of the Green Liberty Caucus, a grassroots activist group, and others who have joined this coalition, to demand truth in advertising and the suspension of unsafe and ineffective vaccines. https://greenlibertycaucus.org/
We demand that the Covid “countermeasures,” aka vaccines, not be allowed to be given to Oregonians of any age. The Covid mRNA shots are beyond any doubt not safe and effective as claimed, and should be removed as a medical treatment in Oregon. We include in our demand that the MMR vaccine given to children be stopped as evidence revealed over 10 years ago in the movie Vaxxed shows beyond a doubt that the MMR poses risk of autism in children.
Meanwhile, many medical / health experts have come out against the Covid mRNA shots, but your predecessor and now you, are letting the Covid “vaccines” be deployed on the false representation of safe and effective.
You are relying on claims of safe and effective from the Centers for Disease Control, and the Federal Food and Drug Administration, and the National Institutes of Health, the Federal Department of Defense, and the World Health Organization. But the evidence doesn’t support the claim and all of the federal authorities are in one way or another complicit in advancing what we allege is a fraudulent claim of safe and effective.
You are bound by state and federal constitutional oaths of office to look out for the general welfare of the people. Failure on your part to protect the people of Oregon against this unprecedented assault upon them is, in itself, the commission of multiple crimes.
Below are citations from just a few experts who have spoken out about how the Covid “countermeasure” / vaccine is neither safe nor effective. Public Health officers, especially the top health authority in the state, is ethically and morally obliged to advance “clinically appropriate” health policies with correct and accurate information, yet the Covid vaccines are shown to be dangerous, and they remain on the market.
The citations posted above are just a few examples of hard evidence from experts that show the Covid mRNA technology is not safe nor effective; therefore, the vaccines must be pulled and forbidden to be used. The harms are so clear that failure on your part to stop them can easily be deemed official misconduct in the first degree in accordance with ORS, Section 162.415. The people of Oregon are being subjected to, among others, aggravated assault, murder, fraud, racketeering, domestic terrorism, and treason. But you can make this stop.
According to ORS, Section 166.005, treason in Oregon is either the levying of war against the people or giving aid to enemies of the people who wish to harm them. The punishment is life in prison. Contrary to popular belief, treason can take place during times of peace. Please note the 1807 case of U.S v. Aaron Burr. A conviction only requires the use of force that affects rights of Oregonians, including public policies, or laws in our state. In addition, since the World Health Organization is a foreign entity intending to commit crimes in our country, the second aspect of the Oregon treason statute is of import – that of adhering to an enemy. By inappropriately following their dictates, you are committing acts of treason.
Failure to provide informed consent is a violation of the medical code. Sufficient evidence has come to light that compels an honest medical provider to warn against the Covid vaccines.
Failure on your part to pull the covid vaccines will impel us to seek investigations by a number of county grand juries in the State of Oregon to investigate the egregiousness of allowing deaths and harms to occur within those counties.
Finally, the Oregon Constitution now enshrines the right to “cost effective, clinically appropriate and affordable health care…” It follows that the right to “appropriate “ health care means inappropriate health care goes against the constitution. The Covid mRNA vaccines should be banned; they are inappropriate treatment because they are bad medicine produced in bad faith. You have a duty to stop bad medicine from being deployed to the public.
We demand Covid vaccines be stopped and if not stopped, we will seek criminal prosecution for falsely representing that the covid vaccines are safe and effective, a claim not supported by the science.
